For starters, Aeroponics and foggers are hydroponic (roots grow with an airated nutrient solution).
Aeroponics would be the best system out of the 2. Foggers have a tendency to break down/fail. The nutrient solution (salt build-up) cloggs up the fogger.

Areoponics would accomplish the best yield out of any hydroponic system because they supply the roots with more oxygen than any other hydro system.
But the same goes for the aeroponic system as for the fogger, through time the salts from the nutrient solution clogs the jets that spray the roots, these have to be cleaned regular by soaking them in vinegar or by using a toothbrush. The real danger in using those systems is that they need alot of attention, especially if there was a power cut. Plants can cope without light for quite a while, but if the airagated nutrients was cut off, they will only live for a matter of hours.
